What happens after you've purchased Epsilon 32 ?

Just because you've had training, we obviously don't expect you to remember everything you have been taught. There will be times when you just can't remember what to do next or how to do something.

When these problems occur (and they will) you will be able to contact our technical support team and get help immediately. Our dedicated team provide telephone technical support from our offices in Stockport Cheshire between the hours of 9.00am to 6.00pm Monday through Friday.

In addition to this we also provide "out of hours" technical support. Please call for more information.

Currently there are at least two maintenance revisions per year for Epsilon 32.
All supported customers receive these updates FREE OF CHARGE.
